Start with accurate business information
A local profile should describe the real business: its name, contact details, services, and the location or service area that customers can use. We review that information against the website and the business's actual operation. An optimization project should not create invented offices, misleading service areas, or claims that the business cannot support.
Help customers understand the offer
Relevant categories, service information, useful photos, and a working website link can make a profile easier to evaluate. We discuss the information and imagery available, then prioritize updates within the agreed scope. Profile ownership, verification, and access remain tied to the business owner's Google account and Google's requirements.
Handle reviews with accurate expectations
Customer feedback is part of a business's public presence. We can discuss a consistent response process and an appropriate way to invite genuine feedback. A negative review is not automatically eligible for removal. Any report must be considered against the platform's policies, and Evolve cannot promise that Google will remove a review or award a particular map position.
Coordinate the profile with the website
Your website, contact information, and other relevant listings should present a consistent business identity. Where account access is authorized, profile insights and Search Console can help inform the next steps. Start by sharing the profile link, your website, and the services and areas that accurately describe your business. Do not send Google account passwords through this site.
